Narendra Modi: The Porthole

More news after this...
So, this photo of Indian Prime Minister Modi looking at flood damage, down there somewhere.  Pretty boring, huh?  What is he, in a ping-pong ball?  But the Indian government has Photoshop...
















...and now it looks like he's inspecting Sim City!
















As you can imagine, the wags of the Internet jumped on this when it came out yesterday.
